Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of YoSell's e-commerce platform. By creating an account or using our services, you enter into a binding agreement with YoSell. We've written these terms in plain language — no legal jargon designed to confuse. If anything is unclear, contact us and we'll explain.

YoSell gives Algerian sellers the tools to build, manage, and grow their online businesses. Our platform includes storefront creation, product management, order tracking, COD payment processing, shipping integration with local carriers, and analytics dashboards. Features vary by subscription plan.

To use YoSell, you must create an accurate and complete account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. One person or business entity may not maintain more accounts than their subscription plan allows.

Running a store on YoSell comes with responsibilities. As a seller, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing — misleading listings harm buyers and your own reputation.
• Process and fulfill orders promptly — delayed shipments hurt trust and may result in penalties.
• Handle customer communications professionally and within reasonable timeframes.
• Comply with all applicable Algerian commerce and consumer protection laws.
• Not use the platform for illegal activities, fraudulent schemes, or to sell prohibited items.

YoSell facilitates order management but is not a party to transactions between sellers and buyers. For Cash on Delivery orders, our fake order protection system helps reduce cancellations and non-payment. Sellers are responsible for confirming orders accurately and coordinating with assigned delivery partners.

Premium subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. COD transactions incur processing fees as outlined in your plan. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. YoSell reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

• Free tier (Basic plan) — no monthly fees, limited features.
• Paid plans (Growth, Professional, Unlimited) — billed monthly or annually with discounts for annual billing.
• COD processing fees — deducted from order amounts before settlement to your account.

Both YoSell and sellers retain their respective intellectual property rights:

• YoSell owns its platform, branding, code, and design elements — you may not复制 or distribute them.
• Sellers retain full ownership of their product images, descriptions, and brand assets uploaded to the platform.
• By uploading content, you grant YoSell a limited license to display and promote your products on the platform.

YoSell provides the platform 'as is' and works hard to keep it reliable. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. YoSell is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses exceeding the total fees you paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. YoSell may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or harm other users. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

In case of disagreements, we encourage you to contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly through direct communication. If formal resolution is needed, disputes will be governed by Algerian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Algerian courts.

We may revise these terms to reflect platform improvements or legal changes. Material updates will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
